Built around your process.
At KEMI, we turn production requirements into integrated lines and equipment, combining mechanical design and stainless steel fabrication with conveying, controls and automation. Our experience includes wafer lines for conveying, cream spreading, automated almond placement, folding and assembly, alongside chocolate processing equipment and lines for refining, mixing, fat melting, transfer and cooling. We develop mechanical systems, handling units and vacuum pickup mechanisms, integrating Servo motion, sensors, PLC and HMI controls to coordinate equipment and operating sequences. Each project starts with the product, target capacity, available space and existing equipment, followed by an agreed scope for design, manufacture, integration, installation and commissioning.

Design, manufacture and integration of processing and assembly modules for wafer products, including cream-filled Ball Wafer products and Gaufrette, made from wafer sheets layered with cream. We develop wafer-sheet conveying, cream spreading and filling distribution modules, with nut placement where required. Closing, assembly, pressing and cutting stages are configured around the product type and shape, with coordinated motion suited to product dimensions, throughput and the factory equipment layout.
Custom Cartesian robots and vacuum pickup units for product handling within production lines. Mechanical design, Servo motion, sensors and controls coordinate pickup and placement with conveyor movement.
Semi-automatic, weight-based filling machines with a positioning arm, movable nozzle, PLC controls and HMI. Product connections, weighing range and filling sequence are defined around operating requirements.
Dairy and cheese workshop equipment for preparing, portioning and packing Cheddar and Gouda. The equipment includes a Gouda cutting machine for different target portion weights, a Cheddar cutting machine for different target portion weights, a dipping tank and a vacuum packaging machine. Portion dimensions, target weights, throughput, dipping tank capacity and packaging arrangements are defined around the cheese type, pack format and workshop workflow.
