Pharma and Medical Tanks

Design, high-precision manufacture and supply of sanitary process tanks for pharmaceutical, medical and cosmetic production, as documented in PR-03. The project covered a customised batch of pharmaceutical and cosmetic cream preparation tanks designed around hygienic fabrication, cleanroom production requirements and the project’s cGMP and FDA guidelines. SS316L or SS304 construction, sanitary welding and internal mirror polishing with low surface roughness support washability and help limit contaminant accumulation and cross-contamination. Cream preparation arrangements include high-shear emulsifiers and dual-motion scrapers for dense, uniform mixing, together with self-draining bottoms, sanitary sampling valves and manways configured around the process and medical consulting review requirements.
